Being IT project management professionals ourselves, we got fed-up with the lack of a dedicated recruitment sites that really understand the nuances of project management candidates – so much so, that we are launching our own.  Our project management professionals sit a comprehensive assessment, which presents them with over 60 real-life scenarios based on our Excellence Standards, so we really get to understand their skills and competencies – and you get to filter those results through more than 100 data points through our Search facility.

You can also upload your own roles, using the same Excellence Standards to define exactly the type of person you are looking for and our internal algorithm presents you with potential matches based on your criteria. If you’re not sure what levels to select, you can upload your job specification and our automated service can make recommendations for you to publish  your role on our Job Board, which is linked to other jobs sites and social media channels.

As part of your subscription, you get a set number of anonymous Insights that you can compare or send out to your customers – and you only have to download named Insights if you want the full contact details and comprehensive Insights of the individual.

There are a limited number of places for the TalentOcean beta test slots. If you are successful, you will be rewarded with TalentOcean Pass 2 package containing a 30-day subscription with 25 anonymous insights and 5 named insights in total worth around €2000 for free. All we ask in return is that we use your company as a reference client and that you complete a survey and give us your honest opinion and thoughts on how our service works for you.
